This nationally accredited venue accommodates up to 220 guests catering for children & youth, leaders and families in modern lodges with ensuite bathrooms and lounge areas, with friendly staff and delicious dining that keeps all tastes satisfied. At CRU Galston Gorge, we have a wide range of state of the art activities on offer. From the vertical challenge high ropes course or archery, to swimming or beach volleyball, there is something for everyone! With 14 indoor and 8 outdoor breakout spaces, the site is well-equipped to cater for a wide range of camps, conferences and other events including school camps, youth conferences, church retreats and more. Since 1988 we have partnered with over 150 schools across NSW and the ACT to run CRU Educational Camps led by a team of qualified leaders who make an intentional effort to get to know and develop each of the students.   

At CRU Galston Gorge, we want to make our campsite as eco-friendly as possible. Water usage is carefully managed using a state of the art on-site water treatment facility and the recycled water is used to irrigate our ovals and gardens. Approximately 3,000,000 litres of waste water is recycled each year. We’ve also recently installed 100KW solar panels, and in the first year, we generated enough power to make 1,924,650 pieces of toast! To complement the solar panels, we have also upgraded our lighting to more energy-efficient LED technology.
