We are currently looking for a full-time Training Co-ordinator.

The Training Co-ordinator, based at our Galston Gorge campsite, will develop, deliver and assess a range of training programs including Outdoor Recreation and First Aid to all Crusader personnel (permanent staff, casuals and volunteers) to enable them to carry out their various roles with competence and professionalism, and to grow in their skills and personal development. Applicants needs to be an active member of an evangelical church and preferably hold a Certificate III or IV in Outdoor Recreation, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) or equivalent qualifications. Recent experience in Outdoor Education and/or outdoor recreation industries is needed as well as advanced skills in two or more activities such as bushwalking, abseiling, climbing, ropes courses, canoeing or sailing. An attractive package including a fully maintained car is offered.
