Welcome to the CRU Camps online application for registration. You can now submit and pay for the registration of as many campers on as many camps as you like. Payment by VISA or MasterCard must be made online via our secure credit card payment gateway in order for this registration to be accepted. Other types of credit cards will not be accepted.

Who can fill out an online registration form?

This form must be completed by an adult who is either:

• a parent/legal guardian of the camper

    OR

• an adult who is the parent/guardian of at least one of the children being registered as a camper (in the case of group bookings where not all the children are your own).

Registration will take 8 simple steps:

Step 5:    Enter Parent/Legal Guardian’s Personal Information
 
Step 6:    Complete Medical Information
 
Step 7:    Confirm Financial Information

Step 8:    Pay Securely Online

Checking Registration Details

Customers are able to check all camp registration details at any time during the online registration process by either:

• navigating through the Online Registration menu bar on the left hand side of the page

    OR

• Using their web browser's 'back' button on the top left corner of the screen.

Confirmation of Camp Registration

Registrations for campers whose parent or legal guardian is not the person completing the registration and payment form will NOT be considered confirmed until CRU Camps receive a copy of the Terms & Conditions and Authorisation Statement signed by the parent or guardian.

These documents will be emailed to the campers parent or legal guardian following payment and must be signed and returned to the CRU Camps office by fax or post within 48 hours of the date of the date of the email to ensure confirmation of the camper’s position, irrespective of whether full payment has been received or not.
