The annual Crusader Business Luncheon is an opportunity for supporters of Crusaders to enjoy lunch together, meet with other Christian business people, hear about the inspiring work of Crusaders and be encouraged by God’s work among children and teenagers in NSW, the ACT and WA.
The funds raised will allow Crusaders to sustain its vital Gospel ministry in the following three ways:
- Support the Summit Program as they seek to train young leaders to share Jesus with over 8,900 school students on camp in 2019.
- Assist in sourcing, training and placing over 1,100 volunteer leaders on residential and day camps during the school holidays. Over 4,000 campers will consider the claims of Christ on CRU Camps in 2019, while enjoying fun activities in a caring, Christian community.
- Help fund seven Schools Ministry staff workers as they minister to over 100,000 students and teachers in 210 schools across NSW and the ACT. Support our expanding CRU West ministry in Perth, currently reaching 14 schools.
The Lunch in 2019 will be held at NSW Parliament House (Macquarie Street, Sydney) on Friday 15th March from 12.30-2.00 pm. Our guest speaker will be Mr Tony George, Headmaster of The King’s School.
