SAMPLE MENUS
AUTUMN 2008 SAMPLE MENU
- The daily menu will be displayed for guests' viewing at the beginning of each day.
- Salads will be served with every lunch and dinner and a different selection of salads will be supplied depending on the day (examples include: Garden salad, Potato Salad, Pasta salad, Caesar Salad, Rice Salad and Cous Cous Salad).
- A range of salads for kids are also available (including grated
carrots, sliced tomatoes, Iceberg lettuce, sliced cucumber, grated
cheese, sliced pineapple and garden salads).
- Hot and cold drinks and fresh fruit will be available all day, every day (Lipton teas, Moccona and Nescafe coffees, Milo and Continental soups).
- A buffet of cereals is available every day for breakfast. Cereals
on offer include: Nutrigrain, Weetbix, Cornflakes, Rice Bubbles, Light
'N' Tasty and a gluten-free cereal range.
- Supper is served at the end of each day.
Sample suppers include: Biscuits, Potato Crisps, Popcorn, Cheese & Crackers, Fruit platters, Cakes and slices, Veggie sticks, Cinnamon toast, Scones or Muffins. - Morning and Afternoon Teas
are also served each day. Sample items include: Scones with jam and
cream, fresh fruit platters, cakes and slices, home-made biscuits,
bowls of fresh fruit, chocolate brownies, variety of muffins, flavoured
milks and cordials.

MONDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), baked beans, sausages and hash browns.
Lunch: Warm chicken strips in wraps with salads, a pasta dish and chips
Dinner: Shepherds Pie or spaghetti bolognaise with garlic bread, peas and corn followed by chocolate fondant cake with fresh cream.
TUESDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), spaghetti, English muffins topped with ham and cheese and scrambled eggs.
Lunch: Barbecue including minute steaks, bacon, sausages and potato wedges served with salads and fresh bread rolls
Dinner: Seasoned roast chicken with roasted potatoes, baby carrots, green beans, gravy (optional) and warm dinner rolls followed by ice cream cones or sundaes.
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), poached eggs, bacon and potato gems
Lunch: Fresh Turkish bread with warm chicken, ham, mini pizzas and chicken nuggets served with salads.
Dinner: Lamb rissoles with mashed potato, mixed vegetables, mini meat pies and gravy followed by mini apple crumble pies or peaches and custard.
THURSDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), spaghetti, omelettes and sausages
Lunch: Nachos with chicken nuggets, salsa, lettuce, diced tomato, cucumber, grated cheese and sour cream
Dinner: Chicken schnitzel with mashed potato, peas, corn, gravy and garlic bread or a roast beef baked dinner followed by mousse or fruit salad with fresh cream.
FRIDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), baked beans, bacon or scrambled egg and pancakes with maple syrup
Lunch: Mixed home-made pizzas with chips, a fresh pasta dish or beef burgers with salad
Dinner: Barbecue including minute steaks, bacon, sausages and chicken nuggets served with salads and bread rolls followed by creme brulee or pears and peaches with custard.
SATURDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), spaghetti, bacon and poached eggs
Lunch: Beef lasagne or pasta bake with potato wedges, warm bread rolls and salad
Dinner: Roast beef with roasted vegetables, gravy and warm garlic bread followed by sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce.
SUNDAY
Breakfast: Selection of cereals, white, multigrain and raisin toast (gluten-free breads on request), baked beans, scrambled eggs and croissants filled with ham and cheese
Lunch: Fish and chips with calamari, a pasta dish or sliced ham and turkey with salads and bread rolls
Dinner: Chicken Kiev with mashed potato, peas, corn and mini pizzas followed by ice cream cones or sundaes.
