CRU HOLIDAY CAMPS

ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDINATOR
Crusaders is looking for a Christian person to provide administrative support to the CRU Holiday Camps division, based at our Eastwood office. This position involves maintaining and refining systems to ensure the prompt and effective booking of campsites and logistics related to camps, maintaining and putting together budgets, liaising with parents, campsite staff and leaders, and working with the marketing department to ensure the effective promotion of CRU Camps.

The successful candidate will have a strong and growing Christian faith, be involved in a Bible-based church, have a desire to be involved in evangelism, have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work effectively in a team or autonomously, have strong computer skills in database, spreadsheet and word processing and have experience in budgeting. It would also be desirable if they had experience in Christian camping and/or hospitality industries, had experience in presenting Bible studies and had a current drivers' licence.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Crusaders is also seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Accountant (structured from 4 days per week up to full time). Key responsibilities include overall management of the finance function; the provision of financial reporting and analysis to the Executive Director and Board; cash management, statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting; and the maintenance and development of efficient systems for analysis and operation. The successful applicant will have a strong Christian commitment with a passion for supporting Gospel ministry.

GUEST GROUPS/CAMPSITES

A part time Bookings Assistant (22hrs/week) is required in our busy bookings department for the Galston Gorge Conference & Recreation Centre and the Lake Mac Outdoor Recreation Centre. The successful applicant will be a committed Christian with a passion to serve in this ministry through the provision of excellent customer care and service. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING - FULL TIME AND CASUAL

Galston Gorge Conference & Recreation Centre seeks a full time Maintenance person to mostly work in site maintenance but who will also have some shared responsibility in the area of Cleaning. The successful applicant will be a committed Christian with a passion to serve in the ministry of Christian hospitality through the provision of a well maintained site. This position is available for an immediate start. Casual positions in this area are also available.

We are looking for enthusiastic Christians to join our Casual Activities staff team on weekends and during the week. You will need to be qualified and experienced in at least one of the following activities: abseiling, sailing, rock climbing, canoeing, low ropes, BMX, archery or high ropes courses. The rate of pay is up to $22.50 per hour including Super.

TRAINING

TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR IN OUTDOOR EDUCATION
The Training Co-ordinator, based at our Galston Gorge campsite, will develop, deliver and assess a range of training programs including Outdoor Recreation and First Aid to all Crusader personnel (permanent staff, casuals and volunteers) to enable them to carry out their various roles with competence and professionalism, and to grow in their skills and personal development. Applicants needs to be an active member of an evangelical church and preferrably hold a Certificate III or IV in Outdoor Recreation, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) or equivalent qualifications. Recent experience in Outdoor Education and/or outdoor recreation industries is needed as well as advanced skills in two or more activities such as bushwalking, abseiling, climbing, ropes courses, canoeing or sailing. An attractive package including a fully maintained car is offered.

Summit is looking for Outdoor Educators to join the Summit team. Outdoor Educators are needed to manage and develop the Summit team and run high quality School Camps.
